Megan Juszczyk

I have been living in Cold Lake, Alberta since 2010 and am so happy to call this City my home. Prior to moving to Cold Lake, I spent 24 years in Yellowknife, NT.  I went to the University of Calgary where I graduated with my degree in Linguistics then spent over 10 years in Marketing and Public Relations.

Making the move from marketing to real estate was such a great decision, and I was able to bring a lot of what I have learned over the 10 years in my former career into my life as a REALTOR®. A lot of being a excellent Real Estate Agent for sellers is being able to market a property to its fullest potential. This is something I strive to do with all properties I list and am constantly researching new and innovative ways to do so. On the other side of real estate - a lot of my past business was in relationship building. When working with buyer's I strive to make everyone feel comfortable and make the buying of your new home an enjoyable - and definitely fun - experience. Working with buyers to find their dream home is one of my favourite things - and I still get excited when I see the look on a buyer's face when they found "the one".

I pride myself on always being available for my clients and I have built my business up to be the top agent not only in the Lakeland but one of the top agents in the country for Royal LePage Canada. Selling and buying a home can be a stressful time, and I want you knowing that I am there for you through the entire process. In order to do that and maintain that work/home balance, I have a fantastic support system in place so everyone in my life - both personal and professional - is able to get what they need from their relationship with me.
